F+W Media, Inc. – Cincinnati, Ohio

• Conference System - Automated the F+W Media, Inc. (F+W) conference process, which manages the numerous user conferences F+W conducts each year. The software interfaces with Web technologies and credit card validation systems. Includes an ecommerce component detailed in the Internet Solutions portion of the web site. Technologies used: Visual Basic 6.0, SQL Server 2000, ASP, Web Authorize, Crystal Reports, MS Access, UPS System Interface.

Westco Group, Inc. – Akron, Ohio

• Successfully replaced the entire order system for Westco Group, Inc., the parent company of the Mattress Warehouse chain. Designed and normalized a Microsoft SQL Server database to serve as a data warehouse for information stored in a legacy system (GERS). Technologies used: Visual Basic 6.0, SQL Server 2000.
